London Winter, 2026

Wishing you a wonderful New Year! I hope it’s begun gently, with a little space to breathe and ease your way in.:)

As the days stay crisp and wintry, I’ve been feeling inspired by slower rhythms, quiet creativity, and the sense of renewal that this time of year brings. Below are a few things happening around London over the next few months that have caught my eye and a herbal immunity tea blend for these cold winter months.

Wishing you a magical 2026!

Immunity~ Winter Herbal Tea Blend

I’ve been playing with this blend recently, adding some of my favourite immunity herbs of the moment. You don’t need to use them all, just go with what you have and if you have any fresh add for extra potency. This blend makes around 20 cups. If pregnant, please check with a qualified herbalist first.

25g lemon verbena, dried

20g lemongrass, dried and chopped

15g echinacea root, dried and chopped

10g ginger root, dried and sliced

10g olive leaf, dried

10 g turmeric root, thinly sliced

6g eucalyptus leaf, dried

4g cardamom pods, lightly crushed

~ Measure all of the herbs and pour into a large bowl and gently mix by hand. Transfer to a clean, dry glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and store away from heat and direct sunlight. To brew, use 2 teaspoons tea blend per cup. Cover and infuse for 5-10 minutes. Leave a little longer if you prefer it stronger. Strain and enjoy slowly.
